5 Vintage Green 1938 1 CENT GEORGE WASHINGTON U. Posted 1946 RPPC Seattle Chinese Room Smith Tower. 4 of the stamps have the postmark but 1 of the stamps missed the postmark. It was applied over the corner of another of the stamps. The post card has bent and rolled corners and creases to the card.
The image on the front has a hazy look when you don't look at directly. There are indents on the front that has transferred from the back from the postmarking machines.
